Job Opening Auto Body Repair Tech

We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Auto Body Repair Tech to join our growing team at Turenne Auto Body in Thorp, WI. As an Auto Body Repair Tech, you’ll be responsible for restoring vehicles to their pre-accident condition through skilled repair work, careful attention to detail, and a commitment to safety. This role requires hands-on craftsmanship and teamwork to deliver the high-quality results our customers expect.

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure all repairs follow company, OEM, and legal requirements.

• Accurately assess damage and repair needs; notify estimator of any changes.

• Plan repair and refinishing procedures, ensuring timely delivery of materials.

• Prepare, sand, mask, and paint surfaces with quality, efficiency, and precision.

• Use protective supplies to maintain vehicle cleanliness throughout the process.

• Safely operate tools and lifting equipment to repair and move vehicles.

• Inspect completed work to confirm accuracy, safety, and customer satisfaction.

• Assist with cost estimates and perform other duties as assigned.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience is preferred but willing to train the right person

• A high school diploma or the equivalent

• Understanding and compliance with safety rules and practices as well as posted work rules and procedures

• Ability to read and comprehend instructions

• Ability to exercise good judgment and critical thinking

• Friendly, team-oriented attitude

• Valid driver’s license

Job Opening Auto Body Detailer

We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Auto Body Detailer to join our growing team at Turenne Auto Body in Thorp, WI. This job involves thorough cleaning and cosmetic restoration of vehicle interiors and exteriors to prepare them for customer delivery. Key duties include washing, waxing, and polishing the exterior; vacuuming, cleaning, and conditioning the interior; and performing final inspections for cosmetic damage.

Job Responsibilities:

• Exterior: Wash and dry the vehicle, wax and polish the paint, clean windows, and remove all dirt and grime.

• Interior: Vacuum carpets and seats, clean and condition upholstery and dashboards, and remove stains.

• Finishing: Buff, wax, and detail all surfaces to ensure they are spotless.

• Support: Shuttling vehicles, performing minor repairs, and other support tasks for the repair center.

•Inspection: Inspect vehicles for cosmetic damage and ensure they meet company or client standards before delivery.
